Refund Policy

Services are provided on a consulting basis and fees reflect the time, expertise, and preparation required.

 

Once a service has been delivered (e.g., housing search, document translation, administrative assistance), fees are non-refundable.

 

If a service is booked and cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative costs already incurred.

 

Cancellations must be requested in writing to gironarelocation@gmail.com.

 

Girona Relocation is not responsible for outcomes decided by third parties (such as government authorities, schools, or landlords) and such results do not entitle clients to a refund.

 

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
